Rug Care Tips.

A Hand-tufted rug sheds a lot for the first few weeks, the reason is the rug fiber is freshly trimmed, here are the tips
to take care of your rug, and it will last a decade with you.
– Keep away from high-traffic areas.
– Do not use sharp objects or scrub the rug.
– Vacuum it regularly, not in strong vacuum mode.
– Keep it in the sunshine & dust it once in a while.
– If keeping furniture on the rug please stick some kind of rubber/silicon protector under the leg of the furniture.
– If any thread comes out, do not pull it, gently cut it with scissors.
– If spilled Drink, Food, or something which can cause stains on the rug, blot liquid spills with a paper towel or clean absorbent cloth, do not rub or scrub.
– For proper cleaning contact a specialist carpet cleaner.

Warranty, returns, and refund policy.
o We have specialized quality control measures to ensure that the product(s) you receive are of the highest quality. In the rare case that you receive a damaged/ defective product please reach out to us.
o Please check for the following:
o – Stains on the product(s)
o – Stitching inconsistency
o – More than a 3% variation in size
o Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase amount. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
o Please email us (company email). We will attend to your query within two business days.
o Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact and the product is unused. Please email us photographs of the defect along with the order number and item code.

• Return/Refund is only applicable if the delivered product is damaged caused by logistics company,
please do make an unpacking video of the rug when you receive it.
