At WeRugz, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our rugs come with a product warranty that ensures peace of mind and confidence in your purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 24 months, depending on the rug's construction type.

Our rug warranty covers a range of products with varying warranty periods based on the weave type.

If you encounter a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we are here to help. Please notify us via email at sales@werugz.com . Please include three images of the damaged rug/carpet. If the defect is covered under our warranty policy, we will provide you with the best possible resolution.

How to Claim Your Warranty?

Notification: Please email us at sales@werugz.com and provide three images of the damaged rug/carpet.

Assessment: We will assess the defect to determine if it falls under our warranty coverage.

Resolution: If covered, we will offer the best possible resolution, which may include repair or replacement.

Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have the original proof of purchase, as warranties are non-transferable.

Terms and Conditions

Logistic Charges: The customer bears logistic charges. However, WeRugz can arrange for pickup and delivery for your convenience.

Warranty Period: If a rug is replaced under warranty, the remaining period is based on the original purchase date.

Non-Transferable: Warranties are non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser.

Exclusions from Warranty

Certain conditions are not covered under our warranty:

Shedding: Regular vacuuming in low power mode can reduce shedding.

Sprouting Pulls or Loss of Single Tufts: These are considered normal and not covered.

Color and Texture Changes: Natural fibers and dyes may change color and texture due to exposure to sunlight, humidity, heat, or atmospheric gasses.

Rolling Marks: These can disappear with routine vacuuming.

Matting and Crushing: Proper maintenance can minimize these effects.

Odor: New rugs may have a scent that dissipates when placed (back side up) in direct sunlight for 24 hours.
