WeRugz Return/Refund Policy
WeRugz have specialized quality control measures in place to ensure that the product(s) you receive are of the highest quality. In the rare case that you receive a damaged/ defective product please reach out to us under the following circumstances:
- Stains on the product(s)
- Stitching inconsistencies
- More than a 3% variation in size
- Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase amount.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Please email us at email@example.com and include photographs of the defect along with the order number and item code . We will attend to your query as soon as we can.
- Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact and the product is unused.
Terms & Conditions
- Return the item within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- The Item (s) must have the original packing, labels and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial numbers will also void return.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
- In case of a damaged/ defective item reaching you, we will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items.
